Dès l’entrée, le carpaccio de bœuf à l’italienne a mis la barre très haute, avec des saveurs fraîches et parfaitement équilibrées. Pour le plat principal, le tartare de saumon aux agrumes était un véritable délice, accompagné de frites croustillantes et d’une salade fraîche. La qualité des produits se ressent dans chaque bouchée. Côté desserts, la brioche perdue Ô Ginger a été la touche sucrée idéale pour clôturer ce repas en beauté. Le service est chaleureux et attentionné ( petit clin d’œil à Marie qui a su nous accueillir comme il se doit) et le cadre est à la fois élégant et convivial.
